Our state-of-the-art crush facility utilizes the best available technology and starts your wine along its journey to become an excellent product. Flotation technology for juice clarification, allows for fermentation to begin within 12 to 24 hours of pressing, maximizing freshness.

  • Three (3) Bucher Vaslin 150Hl (25 ton) tank presses
  • Per day production capacity: 200 tons

  • Feldmeier Heat Exchanger for hot pressing up to 135°F (57°C )
  • On-premise Scale House with certified and licensed scale-masters. Scale can weigh full tractor trailer loads of grapes at a time.
