We are your quality source for Finger Lakes AVA bulk wines and juice. 
We are you go-to source for bulk wine, bulk hard cider, and grape juice (in-season). Availability is based on your pre-order prior to the grape harvest . We will then work with our grower network to help source fruit and provide you with high quality, ready to ferment juice, or we can  ferment to your specifications and give you ready to blend bulk juice.

  • Complete our Crush to Wine Instructions form and sign an EC3 Agreement
  • When fermentation is complete, your wine is ready for pick up or EC3 to bottle

Crush Price:
$140 per ton
*Bulk Juice and Wine: Pre-Orders required and sold in quantities of 250 gallons and up. EC3 does not store bulk wine or juice. Bulk juice is only available during Harvest to licensed wineries for fermentation only. Ability to fill each Pre-Order based on available grapes and quantities. Once EC3 confirms ability to fill part or all of your Pre-Order, we will consider it an Order.
